I have bought a couple of these the past couple of months...and i needed another for my new hat....so i got an idea...i took a long shank bass hook i had in my tackle box and bent it in half with a pair of pliers and the edge of a thick piece of metal....worked perfect... looks good to...

I added a big swarovski crystal heart in a gorgeous color to enhance the gold of the clasp and now it is on a stocking hat I knitted and very rich looking! Just love it and may get more for my fishing pals
