  • Narrower gap between point and shank
  • Long shank makes them ideal for baiting with crickets
  • Light wire design
  • Special tempering process allows flexing before breaking
  • Ideal for fishing bush water for crappie
The Eagle Claw Cricket Aberdeen Hook has a narrower gap between the point and shank, plus a long shank to make it ideal for baiting with crickets. The light wire design minimizes excessive puncturing to help keep bait alive longer.  Eagle Claw's special tempering process allows their Aberdeen Hooks to flex before breaking making them ideal for fishing bush water for crappie.
Rated 5 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good quality Great for kiddos to use if they aren't paying attention and you get a panfish. Wish Eagle Claw and Mustad would identify the lengths of cricket hooks and carlisles. August 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hooks Have been using these hooks for over 25 years, best hook made for panfish July 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Does its job Have used these in the past and they are great for catching small blue gill. My brothers and I use them out on the colorado rive to catch bait fish and they are known to swallow hooks. The long shaft makes it a breeze to get the hook back out. They have a big problem finding these in large quantities in CA and I've had problems getting them as well except for the Bass Pro here in TN. The downfall is the shipping is more then the shipping, have to pay $5 on a $4.89 item that weighs hardly anything. and that's standard mail But when it's the only place to get it locally your stuck with paying it. If I had to mail it back, it would cost less then $2. April 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by does the job! works great with crickets. i have also used with crawler pieces and wax worms-helps to some extent on those swallowed hooks January 12, 2013
