EOTech L-3 Holographic Gun Sight - Model XPS2-0
I took advantage of the 6 month payment plan and purchased this EO Tech XPS2-0. I am very satisfied and will take advantage of Bass Pro's plans in the future. The red dot comes on immediately and the circle with dot can be increased or decreased in brightness with a push of a button. Buttons are easy to push and dot comes back to the same level when it's turned back on. I keep it at a lower brightness because it does get fuzzy when you increase the level of brightness. Very quick to pick up the aiming spot but can be used for accurate shooting if you aim. Designed for fast accurate shooting and if you had to rely on it in a serious situation it will perform perfectly. Cheaper red dot's around but if you can spend a little more you will get more.

It is a great holographic optical sight! ~ It is light, rugged and meets all the requirements that you would need for a long rifle. Mounts easily on my rails and my Bass Pro Shop Firearm Representative did all the installation, aligned the sights, and gave me a short instructional course on how to use it.
Great for people who wears eye glasses because quick acquisition to your target can be done with both eyes open
You cannot go wrong with this Military/ Law Enforcement grade optics.

EO Tech L-3
This is by far the best gun sight I have ever owned. I mounted it on one of my wife's rifles and she fell in love with it too. Excellent investment. Once you set the sight up for your gun, very little adjustment is needed. I highly recommend this unit to anyone.

The standard in tactical optics
I purchased this sight system after using the 512 for years. The obvious benefit was the shorter base easily fits on a shorter rail w/ backup sights. The only draw back I have noticed is that it does not have a memory for the brightness level like the older larger, cheaper version. When you turn it on it is full bright every time.
Awesome optic though. Easy to set up and dial in. Once it is set anyone can pick it up and hit where they want regardless of experience or technique. Where you see the dot is where your hitting, +/- offset/ distance.
