With the rising cost of lures these days, the E-Z lure retriever kit is a must. This kit is easy to use and has saved many $5 crankbaits. Definately worth the money.

I use the real for storage only, perhaps that is why I have not had issues with it thus far. I have only used this product from a boat, others on shore seem to have had issues, I can not address that. For me it has been a money saver, if I lose it, I'll gladly replace it. When you get a $17.00 lure stuck, and this gets it free, it has paid for itself. Were the real a little more user friendly I would rate this 5 stars.

this must be the worst product i have ever bought... it might just be me but my first day out using this retriever, instead of retieving my lure, it got stuck itself... so i lost a $8 lure and a $13 retriever...

Most lure retreivers I've seen only work when you can get directly above the stuck lure. Will this one work for shore fishermen?Answers
A:Â
Yes you can use it from shore. Hold the line tight and the retriever slides down your fishing line. Bounce the retriever until it's chain grabs the hooks on your lure and bring it in.A:Â
i have used it from the shore... it might just be me not knowing how to use it, but when i did use it from the shore, it couldnt even reach the lure, and its not because my lure was stuck too far... the retriever got stuck in the rocks itself, so i lost both lure and retrieverA:Â
I have not tried it from shore. You pretty much need to be almost directly above the stuck lure for it to be effective. If you have this type of condition from shore, it will work good. From the boat, in the wind or where there is water current, this is not as effective.A:Â
I wouldnt think it would do very well for you you wouldnt be able to knock it loose and it probaly wouldnt cattch into the hooksA:Â
yes it will your welcome whoever that is!!!!!!1 of 1
