Duck Commander Classic Commander All-Purpose Duck Call
Duck Commander "Classic"
I have not carried this call to the field and am new to duck hunting. Yet this call sounds good and is one of the easiest double reed calls that I have had a chance to use. This call is a bit on the quiet side when i'm using it, and it seems to stick some with lots of use. I have yet to master a feed call with it. Like that this is a wood call and it is "old school." I've had two other Duck Commander calls "Uncle Si's and Brown Sugar" and this the "Classic Commander" has worked best for me. Good call, just my two cents for what it's worth.

Ok call worth spending more money
Overall for the price its a decent call what can you expect from a low budget call. I felt that while the effort to produce sound from this call was acceptable the quality of the sound and any resemblance to an actual duck is poor especially compared to other calls on the market I would recommend saving up a few more bucks and going for something of higher quality that will still function when wet especially since this one stoped working after I got only a very small amount of saliva in it.

This beautiful and simple call pays homage to the traditional duck call and the original call made by Phil Robertson. When blown correctly, it produces a mellow and softer call good for those close timber hunts or finishing a flock on the marsh. However, keep in mind that this call can easily fall apart and the parts will be lost of not handles with care.

Love this call!!
I have owned other Duck Commander calls in the past and this is my favourite so far! Great raspy sound with good volume. An all round great duck call for the price!
