I don't actually know if this is the best out there or not because this is the only dubbing wax I have used, but this seems to be good stuff. It is easy to apply and definitely sticky. It holds the dubbing well. It has a smooth, tacky consistency and even though I have had mine for several years, it is still the same as when I bought it. It works good for me.

This dubbing wax is alright. The kind I got was yellow and every time I ran my thread through it hunks of wax stayed on and I had to pick them off. If you're at the store shopping for some make sure the wax is white, its much easier to use.
