Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Jacket!!! The last reviewer obviously isn't a duck hunter. The top half of the jacket is waterproof, and the bottom is fleece. The fleece half is designed to be worn inside your waders and is designed in fleece so it will breath better. I've now had this jacket for 3 seasons and it works great. It's been durable, functional, and still looks great after tons of washings. November 20, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by NOT WATERPROOF!! I was so dissappointed in this product. The bottom half of this jacket is fleece. Are you kidding me?? The top half of this jacket is waterproof and the bottom half is water logged! The fleece holds more water than a bucket. When I buy 100% waterproof products that's what I expect. Don't waste your money on this product. Nothing more than a fleece jacket with waterproof shoulder pads. Big Deal!!! October 7, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful MST pullover I have found this pullover to be very warm. Even when it is 50 degrees out this thing keeps me pretty toasty. This is my first Drake product and I would without a doubt get another product from them. The waterproof feature is great! I've found other wader jackets say that they are waterproof but will still allow some of the moisture to sink into the waterproof liner itself. The MST pullover makes the water just bead off of it. I cant say the same about the fleece part of it, but it is still very nice and breatheable. September 29, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Jacket Purchased the jacket to have as an intermediate layer under my waders but recently wore it with just a pair of drakes bonded fleece pants for early woodies and teal and it performed great. Tons of storage,waterproof, and super comfortable. Definatley worth the $. September 28, 2011

Yes, there are draw strings that allow you to tighthen the bottom half of the pullover. It helps when winds are starting to pick up and prevent that chill from coming inside of the product.

If you zoom in one of the on photos online the back you will be abel to see the bottom, which has draw cord adjustment.
