This vest is awesome, you can zip this vest inside an LST Drake jacket as an inner layer if you lose your inner layer. It is very fashionable whether in the woods or out in public this vest looks good all the time. It fits tight to your body to keep you warm on those cold days. I wear a medium shirt and if I wear a thin shirt under this vest then a medium vest would fit me just fine. If you are planning on wearing multiple layers of under armour or long johns under this vest than you may want to go one size up.
