Rated 5 out of 5 by Party Coat I bought this coat to use right before the first snow in Iowa. I was afraid it wouldn't be warm enough, but it definitely was. I added a couple of layers and was perfect. Great coat for chilly days, waterproof, windproof, and a collar that rolls up to cover your neck. Good adjustable neoprene type cuffs too.
