I do alot of deer hunting but recently getting into bow hunting and found that the arrows are alot easier to find after the shot. The best part is that they only turn on when they are shot

I have purchased at least a dozen nockturnals. I have had no troubles turning them off. they are extremely easy to use and are awesome to see your arrow in flight. Make it great to retrieve expensive carbon arrows and expensive broad heads. Awesome product.

originally started using lumenocks and they are junk, while they are bright brightness doesnt matter when they dont stay lit. switched to the nockturnals and love them. always stay on and still plenty bright. the greens seem a little brighter than the reds though but i recommend staying away from the blue not very bright. a little difficult to turn off but i line the hole up with my cock fletching so its easy to find and i keep a small finishing nail in the foam of my quiver so i always have a way to turn them off. overall great product have purchased 3 packs now

i had a buddy tell me to try nockturnals a while back, and i was skeptic.. ive shot lumenocks and they where poorly made and flimsy.. i put nockturnals to the test this fall when I snapped my arrow had the deer roll over it and finally hit rocks... they are well designed and not very easy to break. Ill never use anything else..

No.This is a goldtip nockA:Â
they will probably fit, if you can get a hold of a pack it tells you everything the nockturnal fits and which nockturnal to get.Answers
A:Â
on the bottom of the nock where it goes into the arrow there is a little hole. You take a point of something (knife) and you stick it in that little hole and then push up towards the top of the nock and it will shut it off. I know it sounds confusing but once you see what I am talking about it is extremely simply. It is a lot better then having to mess with the whole nock to get it to go off like the LumenockA:Â
Not very easily... you need to stick a knife in them and try to push up on a switch within the nock itself. 2 out of the three of mine wouldn't turn off completely at all. They went dead in 5 days.A:Â
There is a hole at the colored ring in the nock, Just insert your knife tip and push upwards to turn the light off. Then it is ready for the next shot.A:Â
there is a little hole in the nock down by the arrow and you need a little screwdriver or a pockek knife with a ponted tip to turn them offA:Â
very small switch at the base of the nock just before the arrow. it can be tricky to get used to and even trickier to find. I marked mine with black marker so I can find it in low light. a small screw driver or a finishing nail works good.A:Â
small slot on one side, I use a very small thin blade screwdriver to shut them off, not tough once you get it figured out.Answers
A:Â
most likely it will, it may not be the nockturnal gt's, but the best thing to do is try to get a hold of a package of nockturnals or go to there website and it should say what kind of shafts it fits and what package of nockturnals to getAnswers
A:Â
some kind of nockturnal will probably fit it. try going to nockturnals website to see which pack of nockturnals you need and if it will fit the maxima hunter 250A:Â
Nockturnal GT models fit Gold Tip Arrows only. You need the Nockturnal-S - fits carbon hunting arrows such as Carbon Express (maxima hunter).Answers

I'm looking at purchasing 3 of these nocks to assist with the visibility of the arrow on video. Will the lighted nocks help arrow visibility on video?Answers
A:Â
I have never used these on video, I am hoping to get into videoing this year. but from what I have seen on tv watching the outdoor channel and from shooting the nockturnals you can really see them. If you do end up buying some nockturnals I would recommend the red ones...they seem to be the brightestA:Â
AbsolutelyA:Â
Yes. I bought the green version and they are very bright.A:Â
you should definitely see them in low light conditions...eqrly morning & late afternoonI see them just before they hit the target at 30 yards in the afternoon when I practice
A:Â
Yes they are brightDetails:Â
I really don't want to spend $25 on 3 nocks that only have an extemely short life span.Answers
A:Â
they seem to last a while..however I only use them when I hunt...when I first bought them I made sure they flew true with my setup, which they did fine. so now I only use them when I huntA:Â
i have had my nocks for a little over a year now and they are still as bright as when i bought themA:Â
the advertised life is 20 to 30 hours, i purchased one early in the spring and shot it all summer long, although it did fade i expected that and had 3 more saved for archery season even though my practice had is still bright enough to use if the sun isnt real bright. they are really worth the money with no hassle.A:Â
It says 20 hours on their websiteA:Â
i had one of the green ones that i hit with another arrow and broke it. but it still lit up so i kept it on and it lasted for about 10 days of being on constantlyAnswers
A:Â
I do not know the grans but with my setup they still worked fine and they say they are lighter than most and they do no have replaceable batteriesA:Â
each is 20 grains and the batteries arent replacable, but they last for quite a long time, and i am very happy with the 4 that i have pruchased.A:Â
20 grains and no the batteries are not replaceable but the batteries last a very long time (20 hours)A:Â
No repolcable batteries. They are 20 grains.A:Â
20 grains and I don't think they are replaceable on the batteries unfortunatelyTop 1000 Contributor
A:Â
20 grain. I am pretty sure they are done once the battery dies. It is worth 8 bucks to not lose a deer or your arrow though!! I LOVE THESE NOCKS!!! Better than Lumenok in my opinion!!A:Â
Not sure on the grams, but do know they are 25-50% lighter than other lighted nocks. I do not believe they have replacement batteries.Images for this Answer
