This is the second ladder we purchased after having tried the first. I hate to buy two of an item on the net and then find they are not as advertised. The first one was perfect but one of the bolts on this one was flawed and we had to substitute one from a hardware store. Annoying but still a very good, substantial product. I would buy another and definitely recommend it.

We just installed the 4-step dock ladder and it was ready to go. It took about 15 minutes from start to finish and the kids were jumping in the water. Very easy and fun.
