Mustad® 32798 turned eye, wide-gap hooks are recommended.
This Do-It Mold makes Weedless Arky Style Jigs which are very popular all-purpose bass jigs. The jig's double holder collar makes it ideal for pulling over snags. Mold in Y-guards or glue them in later by substituting base hole pins. Pins are included.

This is a great mold. I have used to to make jigs and chatterbaits. You can block the section of the mold where the weedless attachment will go in order to pour for a chatterbait. Do-It molds are awesome. Making your own lures at home is fun, easy, and rewarding when you pull in the big one.
