Good Mold This is a good mold for pouring several sizes of jigs. I just used it the other day to pour about 100 1/32 and 1/16 jigs for crappie fishing. The smaller sizes can be a little bit of a hassle though. You need to make sure your mold stays warm and that you have it smoked good. If not the lead will cool too fast and you won't get the little hook on the jig head to hold your bait on. Not a big deal though. I really like this mold, and even though it may take a little time to make up a number of different sizes. it does have a wide variety of sizes it can make. If you're new to making your own jig heads or just do it for a hobby, this is the mold for you. Making your own lures can save you a lot of money in the long run, and it's fun and rewarding to catch fish on your own tackle. March 3, 2011
