Do-It No Roll Sinker Mold
I was looking for a sinker that I could use in the river and not roll down river. I have found it. However, using this mold was a task to learn. If anyone has some better ways of using it, please let me know. I had to heat up my lead to the highest temp to be able to make the smaller two sinkers but once I accomplished that, they came out complete. The rods going through the mold seem to be frustrating to remove. Should I remove them off the weights while in the mold or take the weights out then remove the rods? I have tried both but both are stubborn and hot to deal with. The sinker is what I've been looking for, the frustrations are not.

I absolutely love this sinker for swift water catfish. The mold uses several small pins instead of the single long pin like the egg sinkers and they can be tough to get out. I modified a pair of needle nose pliers and it gets the job done. Well worth the money but alot slower if your used to casting egg sinkers. the handle to the pins sometimes gets in the way of my bottom pour lee pot but i've learned to work around it

No Roll Sinker Mold
As always this mold is great as are all Do-It molds. I particularly like this sinker design. The pull pins that come with it work fine but as previously stated by another reviewer they can become to hot to pull by hand. Pliers become necessary. Not a big problem. I have found that some graphite spray on the pull pins can help them release easier. Also, I have made my own pull pins using 1/8' mild steel welding rod. You can make them much longer and with a handle making them easier to remove.

flat river sinker mold
its a very good well made sinker mold. the only suggestion i have is to make another mold with smaller weights. the only one available in bass pro has a 1oz sinker as its smallest. there are many instantances where having a 1/4oz 1/2 oz and 3/4 oz along with a 1 oz sinker. u don't need those heavy sinkers if ur fishing lakes and small rivers. i would be the first one to buy one if u have them for sale.
