First the box was a little destroyed whe it arrived, but once opened all the parts were included and the assembly wasn't too bad. while the only targets we have sent flying have been in our yard into the woods, it is amazing. Anxious to head out to the farm and do some shooting, much better than that hand thrower. Hubby was thrilled to recieve the thrower as gift as bad as he wanted one he knew it wasn't in the budget. Glad Bass Pro Shop had this within our budget.

Quick and easy to assemble. I found no problems with the directions. Unit seems really solid, especially mounted on plywood. I was really pleased with the speed and distance. In fact I probably need to slow it down a tad.

I bought this item and used it twice.
PROS: easy to use, adjusts to many angles of throw, very portable
CONS: pull string broke after first half dozen pulls, stakes that anchor the base are not adequate (need to be much longer), even after tightening the spring as much as possible the velocity of the clays were still rather slow.
I would only recommend this one to beginning shooters.
