This is my first bow but so far I love it. It is constructed well and is very light which is a plus. You cannot go wrong with this bow and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good bow for an even better value.

Picked this bow up in the middle of deer season last year and was very impressed. Bow is compact enough for me to sit in a small hang on stand and light enough for long trips through the woods. Shoots fast and quite at 62 pounds and shoots great groups at even out to 50 yards depending on your broadhead selection. With a few accessories added over time could be an amazing bow. Overall one of the best bows in the price range.

I shot this bow when i was shoping for a new one. I was attracted to the price but had to shoot it since it was the only left handed one they had. First 70 pounds try 70 tons my old bow was 80% letoff this was only 60%. The string was loud yeah its huntable but on a long shot that pop will loose everytime and lets face it im not scare to shoot 50 plus if the wind is good. Speed is good middle of the road can really damage your prey. The weight middle of the road also . I wont lie i shot big name bows and they are light as a feather. the end result still too much money for less when you could upgrade for 200 more and get what you are looking for. For a beginer this is your bow. Fast and well built but for a season archer stand clear of this one you wont be impress.

They say this is a Ready Aim Kill (RAK) bow. I don't shoot 73lb draw and neither does anybody else I know that hunts. So first thing was to reduced the draw weight to 60lbs. This obviously made the sights off so I had to adjust those as well. Also the draw length comes at 29 I am a 28 so I adjusted that as well. All in all the adjustments were easy and fast so all of this wasn't to big a deal.
So now that all the adjustments that were needed are out of the way time to shoot it! First shot I was a little taken back by how loud the string stop and string slap to the stop was. You can still hunt with it don't get me wrong, it's just a little loud for my tastes. Draw was smooth as well as the break over. The break over took it from 60lbs to 23lbs so that's almost a 60% let-off. The bow grouped well with no adjustments needed left or right. At 20 yards 2 of the 3 arrows were touching with only the width of an arrow between the 2 other arrows and the third one. The Octane products are on the lower end but that's to be expected to keep the price under $500.
All in all this is a nice bow, I wont be giving up my Fred Bear for this one but my daughter is already asking me for it once she can pull it back. Her Diamond is rated up to 40lbs and she wants this one once she is able to pull it back on 40lbs.
