NIce Bow Shoots well. Easy to use for a beginner. Accurate! November 11, 2014
Good Youth Bow I purchased this bow for my seven year old son. Seems to be a good product. I know he loves to shoot it. He is a little guy, even for a seven year old, but I was able to adjust the draw weight to his liking. Surprisingly, he was able to hit the target from 20 yards... did I mention he loves it! Certainly, he will not be able to kill a deer until he can draw substantially more weight, but for now it works great while hanging out with dad in the back yard. November 4, 2014
Great lil bow I have been shooting archery for over 10 yrs & I have been waiting patiently to pass it down to our son. Well he is 5 now (turning 6 Feb 2014) & he got his 1st REAL bow from "Santa" this yr (2013). A bow was the #1 thing he wanted for X-mas & its PERFECT for him! One of the most important things I wanted in his first bow is that it HAD to have a great range of adjustments as he grows! I spent a LOT of time researching different youth bows & super glad I settled on this one! All I have heard for about the past year is "how he wished he bow just like dads!" Well, thx to Diamond, now he does!!! He spent a LOT of time X-mas day shooting that thing! When I saw the look on his face when opened it, along w/ all the other accesories (Scott Hero release, Bow case, etc) It was worth EVERY penny!!! December 26, 2013
Awesome youth bow My son has the first generation of this bow and this one is for my daughter. It is an awesome little bow for kids. Excellent adjustability, super light draw weight for young shooters and amazing speed and distance for such a light poundage. Helps build confidence in children faster with all the modern features and looks like a full size compound bow. August 7, 2013

A:
The minimum poundage required in most states to hunt is 40 lb. so this bow would not be the one to take on a hunting trip. It is a great starter bow for youth, but has a 29 lb peak draw weight.
