I love this knife. its a high quality knife for the money. you can spend a more more on a knife, but you will mostly be paying for a glorified handle. i work in a meatshop, and this is the brand i use at work. if you take care of the knife it will not rust or stain but, if you leave it wet over night it might. great fillet knife. you can fillet anything from a small panfish to a 24 inch bass.

Very sharp and cuts great but after one time use it has rust colored stains on the blade that will not come of.. The discription of the knife tells you stain free!!! Not true!!
