Rated 4 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good deal I got this because I wanted a broad head target as well as a 3D target and this was on sale. For broad heads it's great. Just as long as your new arrows and broad heads don't pull to the left and down while you're sighting in your new sight and end up going through the leg insert.... that was fun to get off but doable after getting it to unscrew and then shaking it out through the holes in the bottom of the leg. Other then that they pull out great. Field points on the other hand are a bit of a pain to pull out. Even my girlfriends bow which is only around 40lbs made them hard to pull out. I would recommend this to anyone looking to shoot broad heads but not for someone looking to set up a range for their kids to shoot in the back yard. The foam seems to be softening up a bit after putting a few dozen arrows into it but it's still aggravating to get field points out sometimes. Maybe I'll start putting butter or WD-40 on my practice arrows, that might help them slide out easier. October 9, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by On Target This target had all the features I was looking for. To start, Location of the core. A lot of 3D targets have the core too far back, to me tis one has perfect alignment. It is portable enough for me to take to a friends or even to work for some lunch time practice. I had a 3D target several years ago that the head kept falling off. This is one piece body, not counting core, with detachable legs. Let's face it, you can get these type targets from $79-$299, spend what makes you happy. The only down side to this target is the size, it runs about the size of a 80 lb deer. I was looking to spend $100 or less and to me I got the best for my money. On a budget, can't go wrong with this target. September 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice 3D Target My wife purchased this target for me as a birthday present. I just recently got into archery as a means to extend my deer hunting season. This target is great. Exactly what I wanted in a 3D target. October 12, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not bad... Overall, the target has served its purpose well. I probably shot 500 arrows at it. It is pretty small, as one reviewer stated. In the Midwest, it would be a yearling at most. The antler slots ripped out on mine, so I don't use them any more. I used it one season, leaving it outside the entire time and it's pretty dry-rotten. I got it out this week and after about the 15th arrow, the back (downrange) portion of the target literally exploded as the arrow hit it. Thank God I have 2 1" sheets of plywood screwed together as a backstop! If you are looking for something to just get going or to introduce someone to the sport, it's fine. A kid could pull the arrow out fine. Otherwise, I'd buy a higher-end model and keep it in the garage until you are going to use it. June 30, 2013
