It is the perfect solution to instal on my artisan oven, the walls are some 9" thick, so the 12" long stem was the answer to complete my project.

This is a must have to monitor what your oil temp is so you don't get the oil too hot and risk a fire. I mainly use it to get the oil temp right for the best crispy french fries and fish so it doesn't turn out soggy.
