Rated 4 out of 5 by not meeting expectations for a 500 dollar rod its nice and lite maybe strong but way too flexible. not a strong hook set and not a lot of back bone. i lost some fish in 4 ft of water couse of hook set. too flexible. other then that its a good rod, i had bigger expections taking in consideration that the steez its daiwas top of the line rods and it cost 500 dollars. i have the 7ft mid lt 1/16 to 3/8. not that bad just dont have a good hook set power not competitiv with gloomis rods and it cost considerably more. would not recomend because of the price. i was drop shotting maybe it works better for other technics but the hook set makes the difference. cant land the fish if can not be hooked.my only desepointment. Rated 5 out of 5 by superb i buy this rod in japan after world championship in volleyball i had in japan. after 4th place there is nothing that can cure your wounds as fishing.but this rod,his performances end his soul make me fly to another dimension.worth every penny it costs. i gladly recomend to all of you this product of daiwa November 13, 2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by steez 6ft 8in med light spinning rod The most sensitve rod I have ever used. This rod is so light you can fish all day without getting tired , also handles big fish very well. This rod is very expensive but worth every dollar. Check one out you will be glad you did! Walleyejim! January 24, 2008
