i got the 10' emblem for surf fishing. this thing is light enough to cover a lot of beach and strong enough to throw heavy OZ. i use it for both plugging and for soaking bait. it feels great in quality and i hope it will last for many seasons. a comfortable casting surf rod =)

I have owned Emblem Surf Rods since 2004 and I will NEVER buy a different surf rod. I currently own eight rods that range for 10-12 ft. All of these rods have Sarragosa reels (what a great combo).
