Engineered with a long-casting Advanced Ballistic System aluminum spool the D-Wave Reel lets line flow freely in larger coils and produces less line memory and friction. The reel's Twist Buster II line roller works to reduce line twist and the Gyro Spin Balanced Rotor works to balance all components for super smooth retrieves. Pre-spooled with 14-lb. mono line.
Fiberglass blank construction ensures the Daiwa D-Wave Rod has the right combination of power and sensitivity, while the aluminum oxide guides and stainless steel hooded reel seat provide the necessary corrosion resistance to stand up to saltwater environments. Two-piece construction.
