DNZ Products Game Reaper® One-Piece Scope Mounts for Thompson/Center Encore®/Omega® - Silver
Mounted DNZ Game Reaper on my new Omega with ease last week. Shot gun in today. No problems. One piece construction milled from billet aircraft aluminum is high quality, light weight, no nonsense. Will buy two more for my just acquired Browning A Bolts.

I have shopped around and looked at many rings and bases these are the best by far puts everything in line and less room for error in the process I have them on my Encore and A-bolt and will have them on every other rifle I buy!!

DNZ Silver Scope Mount
To start, I set this ring/base system up on my stainless steel T/C Encore .50 cal Muzzleloader with a Leupold Ultimate Slam 3-9x40 scope. I originally wanted quick release rings but found the Warne and Leopold rings to be DRASTICALLY different shades of silver (sort of a bronzish silver) then the silver of the Encore and the scope. The DNZ mount is about a shade lighter then the Gun and almost right on with the scope.
As far as construction, the mount seems very solid and well machined. All holes lined up precisely and the scope seated exactly as it should. Ring screws are quiet long and should provide a lot of holding power. It seems the mount has been designed with shooting magnum loads in mind. I believe it will be able to stand up to a lifetime of abuse.
With the medium height there is barely enough room to fit a dollar bill between the scope and the rear iron sight. For any scope with an objective lens larger then 40mm, the rear sight must be removed. I easy took mine off in seconds, and the great thing is the small screws that you take out to mount the scope simply go into these holes for a clean look, also keeping the holes free of moisture and debris. With the rear sight off I believe it would now be able to handle a 50mm objective lens scope.
With the largest part of the rear of the scope mounted directly over the hammer, there was a lot of room to access the hammer freely without a hammer extension and with or with out gloves.
Overall, I am happy I found this mount, would recommend it to my friends, and would buy another one.
Thanks for taking the time to read my review. I hope it helps and will provide an update after a few trips to the range to see how things are holding up.
