I use the red/gold color matched with a red 1/8oz jighead in moving water or on a 3/0 offset hook in the trees and have had huge success with not only massive snook, but reds and tarpon eat it like candy as well. also, the new penny color isnt on the website, but rigged on the same jighead is one of my favorites for flats fishing.

This has got to be the most versatile lure in my tackle box. I use it in freshwater to catch largemouths (as well as peacock bass and cichlids when they are around) consistently. I do prefer saltwater to freshwater fishing, and that's where these really work their magic. I prefer to rig them weedless for the flats/mangrove shorelines where I catch snoook, trout, redfish, ladyfish, jacks, and mangrove snapper(on a few occasions). I wouldn't leave home without it.

If Backcountry snook is on your mindthen purchase the arkansas glow color. This perfectly matches a finger mullet in th 4" size nd a larger mullet in th 5 1/2" size. Rig weedless with a 4/0 hook and cast as far as you can under the mangroves and hold on.

i dont know where to start with this thing.its super strong..has just the right natural amount of stretchyness.its just great get it in the rootbeer/chart tail color.a natural killer for huge trout, monster snook, big ol' bull reds, unsuspecting tarpon, anything that swims around inshore and even a great lure for largemouth.i prefer it in the 4 inch size on a small shad jighead or texas rigged with a very small worm wieght.get it.you will get huge strikes.trust me i wouldnt be able to survive a single season down here in central florida without these things
