the item was nothing like the picture on the screen. it look like it was to made to fit snuggly and it goes down to the prop. but was i got cover that fit the top and it had adjustable strap the tighten around the top.
i would not have bought this item if i have been able to a view of the item as suppose to fit on the motor i would ahve bought a cheaper one because basically the same items except the mercury motor emblems

I purchased the Mercury cover designed for a 90 hp four stroke. Prior to buying, I read as many reviews as possible. I made the purchase and I have the following opinion of the cover. First of all, the material it is made of is excellant quality and will protect the motor better than most covers. It fits snug, but is not a"perfect fit". I wish it extended down the motor another 4", just to give you a little more coverage. There is an adjustable tightening strap around the bottom that works nicely on my tiller model to tighten down the cover. I leave the cover on the motor while traveling with no problems. I do think I will buy a second strap for longer trips. All in all, a good product.

This is a good cover. Fits nicely on my 40hp. I wish Mercury would make the cover longer down the shaft. This would really make this a great cover.

I have a 2010 Mercury 200 XS Pro. The Cover fit like a glove and is very well made. The apperance is outstanding. I would recommend this Cover to anyone. A Great value for the money.
