No ...dude think about that for a minute, it will be about 8 to 10 inches long .

Why cross cut any way.I have a couple of hundred patterns and I have never needed cross cut.
I use the standard.
If the pattern looks funny it means switch to a better material.
If these are packaged anything like the small packs I got, keep shopping.
