The Mad Dad Minnow by Creme® Lures combines hard bait action with the feel of soft plastic. In the water, the Mad Dad Minnow has a wild, vibrating action when retrieved. A very versatile lure, the Creme Mad Dad Minnow can be fished numerous ways. Fish it at any depth. Fish the Mad Dad Minnow with a double hook or remove the hook hanger and swap it with a treble hook or single hook. A snap is recommended for the best action. It comes rigged with a double hook. A must for every tackle box.
i like the bait it does rip and the eyes fall out. i would go with the bass pro brand minnow.

Mad Dad Minnow
The bait itself is a good bait. The colors are perfect for all types of fishing and style in which the bait moves is great. The double hook design is pretty cool to, but it has its ups and downs. You don't snag or catch a lot of weeds, but setting the hook on fish especially bass is difficult. I have probably fished this bait for atleast twenty days, and so far I haven't hooked a fish and bites are scarce, getting only about 10-15 in that time period. It's a cool cheap little bait, but you should put the money towards something more effective.

I fish in a local shallow "snag-filled" Man Dug lake. It doesnt get Hung up on brush or limbs. In return i went to the always amazing Bass Pro Shops and bought more In a size bigger.

Haven't caught anything on it yet, but I only had it for 4 days. Used it at Lake Dixon for two of the days. Anyways great action, unless you get it stuck in pond grass, that is actually how I lost mine. Overall great buy!!!

One per package but the soft body is extremely durable and I consider it a good buy. Cast and bring back with a steady retrieve or a twitch/retrieve. Since it sinks, you can also do count downs and fish it at various depths. I don't troll but expect it could be used that way as well.
