I am fairly sure that they all come with glass lenses, but I can only say for certain the 580 series lenses are glass. I guarantee you though, you will never have a problem with these glasses. Buying a pair changed my life, my Harpoon shiny tortoise frames with green mirror 580 series lenses have quickly become my favorite possession.
