I have had these sunglasses for about a year and love them, however I did have a problem with the rubber lower portion of the frames separating from the plastic. I am outside and in the water a lot and with the Arizona heat, I can see how anything would have trouble holding up. I just thought these would last a lot longer than a year. They are very comfortable though.
My wife just bought me another pair just a different color, so we will try round 2 and see how they do.

This is my 3rd pair of Costa Del Mar glasses and I've been nothing but happy with them in the past. These glasses which I purchased 2 wks ago apparently have the Polycarbonate lens (plastic, not glass). Well, after just 3 days of heavy fishing down in Florida, the lenses are already scratched...my previous pair of Harpoons w/ glass lenses have lasted me almost 8 yrs. I am now trying to work with Costa Del Mar to get the PC lenses switched out to glass...at my expense I'm sure. Stick with the glass lenses!!!
