  • Get flies down deep fast
  • Tapered shape for fewer snags
  • Little casting resistance
  • Improve appeal
  • 24 pack

These brass, bullet-shaped Coneheads are pre-drilled through the center and are an effective method of getting streamer, saltwater and bass flies down deeper to attract more fish. Simply thread the conehead over the hook point, slide up behind the hook eye, and then tie your favorite streamer behind it. 24 pack.

Rated 4 out of 5 by cone heads I have been pleased with the conehead in tying wolly buggers. April 4, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by best bead heads available these heads are perfect for my secret bream fly pattern the bead heads that came with my kit didn't have enough action August 10, 2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by Not very heavy These coneheads are ideal for any style of flies that you wish to tie in conehead style. They are not very heavy so I would recommend using lead wire on the shank of the hook to make it heavier. March 3, 2010

Details:
Which size cone head is used for the corresponding hook size. (i. e., you have 3 size cone heads; large, medium & small. Which hook sizes are used with the large cone head? Which for medium? which for small?) Also, what are the diameters and/or weights of each of the 3 cone heads?
There are charts for bead heads & hooks, but I can't find a similar chart for cone heads.

A:
I would say the size of conehead used depends more on the thinkness of the body of the fly rather than the size of the hook. Ofcourse the size of the fly is dependent on size of hook so they work hand in hand.
