I use this hat while shooting in outdoor competitions. The extended bill & neck flap provide excellent coverage from the hot sun. extended also reduces glare significantly. The hat is very light. Neck flap material is soft & smooth. I just wish it had more color selections.

Have used this particular product for a number of years. The various features are very useful and that is why I keep one or two on hand. I live in a very warm climate and the ultraviolet protection is quite necessary. The collar clip is a nice touch to keep the hat with you in high winds, and the neck protection is the primary reason I buy this product. It is light weight and suits my needs perfectly. I get many inquiries as to where others can get one. I recommend it highly.

I use my hats mainly for golf and fishing and they are just great. They are so light and form fitting that you don't realize they are on. My friends all want one.

This hat was just what I was looking for to replace an older one that stopped being as sun protective as is used to be. The size fits. The flaps stay down or go back down when the wind slows or stops. This hat does not get blown off my head when the boat is moving.
The one I have is sand or tan in color not the darker onepictured when writing the review.
