My 2 year old loves this coat. I bought one for him last year too and it was perfect. It's not too bulky under the car seat straps, it's easy for him to move in and the fact that he wore it from the time we received it in the mail until bedtime, tells me he thinks it's comfortable. Great for the cool weather or running errands in the cold.

I purchased the Steens Mountain fleece for my 2-1/2 year old grandson. We live in New England and temperatures for October vary widely from morning to evening. While we don't need a heavy jacket at this time of year, the fleece is just perfect. Not only is it warm, but it is so soft; something my grandson really loves. It washes well and really stands up to the rough and tumble play of a toddler.

We bought our son the same jacket he had last year just in a bigger size. His old one will be perfect for his little brother and still looks new. I ordered one size larger than he normally wears bc we live up north and I wanted to be able to put a sweat shirt underneath and use it from Oct through April
