These are perfect for my need, I live in Florida and drive a scooter to work. Had them for a week or to and just wore them today on a rainy ride home. I'm 5' 6' 128 lb. and a small worked out good for me.

Bought them about 3 weeks ago, worn them twice in heavy rain, once sledding and once skiing in 30-40 degree temps.
Like everybody else says, this runs large, so I ordered the smaller size and still plenty of room over jeans, but doesn't look stupid.
For jeans, I am a 31 waist by 32 length, so went with the small. Still a little long with regular shoes, so roll them at the waist. No problem with ski boots.
Provides an excellent waterproof and warm layer over jeans, so would highly recommend.

Great quality pant that folds up small to be placed in a pack. I've only used them once but they do exactly what they are supposed to do...Keep you Dry.
Sizing - I am 5-10 165 with a 32inch waist and a Medium fits perfectly. The Large would have been to baggy.

Pants are generous in size (I could wear shorts under them) but run longer than sizing chart indicates.
