Columbia Lush Plush Omni-Heat Jacket for Ladies
Strange fit, not warm
If you are looking for a jacket for truly cold weather, this is not it. The reflective lining and plush may work in those areas, but the stretch contrasting areas are not warm at all. In addition, the fit is extremely small through the shoulders and arm holes. I normally wear a small in other brands. I tried a small and a medium. The small was impossible and the medium quite uncomfortable.

Great Insulating Jacket
The sleeves are a bit long as mentioned in other posts but I prefer longer sleeves to short. Though the Omni Heat appears to be in all parts of the jacket, the grey areas (I have the white one) are noticeably less warm - however this is wearing the jacket in very frigid temps (10 degrees or so on the way to and from the gym!) and I imagine it would be perfect in ranges more appropriate for longer wear like 40-60 degrees. The grey is also a bit bluer in person. I am 5'3 110lbs and ordered a Small because of the chest measurements but think an XSmall would have worked fine. The jacket is ridiculously warm and great for using under a shell. Also - so soft!! :)

I love this jacket. It is very warm and worth the money for it. The sleeves are a little long but i like my sleeves long so i can tuck my hand in to stay warm. The only thing that i dont like very much is it is a tad tight in the shoulder arm area but its not to tight that i would ever change my mind about the jacket. The jacket over all is wonderful and defiantly worth having!

I Adore This Jacket
I patiently waited for this jacket to arrive, even during the delays of the Polar Vortex storm, but I'm returning it because it is way too small. I normally wear a large, in fact my other favorite Columbia jacket is a large, but the arms in this jacket are pretty tight and I couldn't even get it zipped up. And I was wearing a short sleeved shirt when I tried it on. I'm very disappointed that I can't keep it. And there are no more XL sizes.
