This is a great hat. I wasn't sure if I would like it at first but this turned out to be a terrific hat. It is light weight and does a super job of keeping me protected from the sun. It also folds easily to fit into my fishing bag. I find myself wearing it now to work outdoors at home while in the garden. It is well ventilated and the chin strap adjusts easily to keep it on your head on windy days. I think I could use two of these. It is also reasonably priced. A super buy.

I enjoy the Bora Bora II Booney. It is comfortable. The size is adjustable and when it is windy, it holds securely with an elastic adjustable band. The brim is wide enough to protect the face from sun.
It also has UPF 50 protection. A light mesh fabric allows for air circulation under the cap.
My only criticism is when the hat hangs around my neck and it dangles behind my back, the button used to secure the size presses into my back while I am in a seated position. As a solution, I often find myself taking the hat off when I am seated.

I lost my original Columbia Booney in one of the many gardens I've worked at. Not surprisingly, no one returned it. Gardeners covet this hat. This one has a drawstring for a tighter fit (valuable in Kansas winds), making it even better than the one I replaced. I was smarter this time and ordered the sage color so my dirty fingerprints won't show as much.

I am the owner/operator of a landscape business in PA. I couldn't be happier with it! The cinch in the back allows you to tighten it on windy days and loosen it up when not. The brim is larger than my last booney and keeps the back of my neck completely shaded. The brim is larger than other booney hats I've owned/tried. On a side not, it is made of synthetic material and is very thin and light. The hat was large for my head (mine measures about 22") but the cinch takes care of that. I have only used this hat for a few weeks, so I cannot comment on durability.
