We bought this grill hoping it would be a good fill in for when it was raining and we could have a fire going. Since we are now in Italy, we need it more than ever. I can honestly say this is the first time I was disappointed with Coleman. The flame seems to not go any lower than like 1 1/2 inches high. I end up burning most of what I try to cook. The center gets all the heat and even if I put the water in the bottom pan, it still doesn't spread the heat. Since I can't cook without burning on it, it has been used only for making coffee and hot water. Ugh.

item was out of stock. i waited until it came approximately 3 months.
Grill looks good but the problem is when it arrived the grill on top is not what is advertised on line. supposed to be a grill and griddle as in the picture.
what i received was a bbq looking grill.
