This pump works ok. It requires a lot of pumps
to inflate a high twin mattress. Need a workout
buy this. If you are lazy like me, buy a battery
powered pump.

I bought one of these when I got my air mattress and it is surprising how fast it will pump up even a queen size mattress. The dual action is great, pumping whether your going up or down. This thing is also great for pool inflatables and I even use it to pump up a 4-man raft I have.
