I use as a bed in the back of my pickup that has a shell. Provides comfortable place to sleep when I head out to high sierra country on photo expeditions. At 73 I'm past the point where I want to sleep on the ground under the stars. Don't know how long it will last but it has held up well for 6 3-6 day trips.

i have a electric blanket but i do not put it on the air mattress i put it on top of my RV mattress which sits on top of the air mattress. On the Coleman mattress it says not to put a electric blanket on it directly1 of 1
