Coghlan's Waterproof Pouch
Long Lasting and Durable
I have been using these for about 20 years or more. Very pleased with the performance. My older model has a hole that is used to attach a lanyard. If the pouch is overstuffed, the hole will separate and compromise the integrity of the pouch. This model without the hole should perform better.
You should keep these away from inexperienced persons as they may try to open the pouch from the side like a "ziplock" bag rather than unrolling the Velcro at the top. This will tear the seal and ruin the pouch.
With proper use and care, this has been an excellent product serving multiple float trips including Gore canyon in Colorado.

Great bag. Tough and water tight. Perfect for wallets, cameras and other valuables that have to stay dry.

Decent little bag
This bag is pretty well made. Not anything exceptional since it is only vinyl that's heat sealed together with a Velcro closure on the top. It fits well in a cargo pocket on my pants and holds my cellphone and keys when I am out on a hike. It keeps these things dry in a downpour or if I have to wade across a river or along a pond. I have similar pouches for the canoe and they seem to work well and hold up pretty decently. I wouldn't leave it sitting out in the sun for long periods of time since the UV will most likely break down the vinyl and cause it to become brittle. For a pack or cargo pocket it works fine. Worth the money spent on it and has held up so far.

I have several in my survival box on my ATV. I flipped the other day in a puddle. Everything was underwater but stayed dry. I had my phone in one in my pocket and it stayed dry.
