How to Choose Your Cocoons Lenses:
Heighten your visual acuity with a lens color that fits your needs!

Gray provides natural color definition, eliminates glare, and is ideal for general use in bright light conditions.

Blue Mirror offers additional reflection with blue light filtration for glare reduction, sharp contrast, and natural color definition.

Amber allows 14% light transmission and enhances depth perception by increased contrast in normal light conditions.

Copper allows 16% light transmission and enhances contrast with truer color definition than amber.

Yellow allows 27% light transmission which provides maximum contrast in low light conditions such as dusk and dawn.

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 Solid Over Glasses Sunglasses I purchased 2 pair of the SlimLine Over Glasses Sunglasses (amber and grey lenses) and was impressed with the quality and fit. I have transitional lenses in my regular glasses but they don't transition in the car. Your product has made driving on sunny days much more comfortable. I'm looking forward to wearing them on the golf course, too. My only suggestion would be to offer all of your glasses with a non-polarized lens option. March 28, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 Outstanding Service from Associate Recently I ordered a pair of Cocoons Over-Glasses Polarized Sunglasses from Bass Pro Shops On-Line. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size and I wanted to exchange them, but I was leaving on a trip to the Caribbean in just days and didn't have enough time to send them back and correct the order. On the chance that I could exchange them in a store, I called from Virginia to the store in Ft Lauderdale, Florida and spoke with a young lady named Caitlin. She told me that she had one pair of the glasses in my size in stock and asked if I would be in the area soon. I explained the situation and told her that I would be flying to Ft Lauderdale on the following Saturday, two days away, and could come by to pick them up. She said that she would have to check the store policy on exchanges, but that she would hold the glasses for me. I went to the store from the airport, and met Caitlin at the counter. She called me by name and reached under the counter and retrieved the glasses with my name written on the top. They were perfect. Since the glasses that I had received fit my wife, I kept them and bought the second pair. This young lady is a credit to your company and I hope that she can be told about this note. I am very satisfied with both pair of glasses and more satisfied with Caitlin's service and response. Thanks to her, I had the glasses that I needed for my trip and she has my gratitude. A lot of fishermen I deal with go with Green Mirror lenses for this kind of fishing. You only want Blue Mirror lenses for very deep water. If you don't want to spend the money on the Green Mirror (because it is a glass lens) I'd say go with the polycarbonate amber lens.

The color lense your are to use is determined by the color of the water and the type of day it is.

Types of day:

Amber Lenses: Early in the morning or late in the afternoon. It is also recommended when it's a cloudy day.

Yellow Lenses: Early in the morning before the sun has risen or for night time driving.

Gray Lenses: Bright and sunny out.

Types of Fishing:

Amber Lenses: Any type of inshore fishing or shallow water.

Gray Lenses: Recommended for offshore fishing. Or out in the ocean where it is very deep water.

Yellow Lenses: Only recommended for early sunrise or sunset.
