These fins just do not work well for float tubing. The strap comes off easily and the fins are way to heavy on the upstroke. I think they tried to adapt a poor swim fin and it backfired. I have float tubed for years and these things just do not work !

I purchased these to use with my Float Tube and was very pleased with them at first. After a few uses I noticed how heavy and how much my legs and shins were aching after a day on the water. They are very long which makes you really work to kick and in cold water you want as less effort as possible to not cramp up. I long retired them and went with Force Fins.

I bought these fins for use with my float tube. They are well constructed and provide good propulsion. I do use stocking foot waders and have a size 13 shoe. With that being said, I can't see how you can fit a boot of this size inside these fins. I was able to use basic water shoes over my waders with these fins without worrying about them slipping off while kicking.

The fin is very firm and durable, but the boot strap connection is complete garbage. First off, it is too flexible so it allows too much play in the motion. Secondly, it fit my waders, but it didn't fit my hunting buddy's waders. I don't recommend them at all.

Yes, you can use these fins without wader boots. I would suggest wearing water socks or water shoes to help cushion your heel and protect the bottom of your feet from cuts abrasions, etc.A:Â
these fins are made specificly to fit over wader boots. You can try them without boots, but i don't think that they would be comfortable.Answers

Only the Force Fin float tube series.A:Â
I think it depends on the size of the boots. All I can say is that I could not fit a boot or a sneaker in size 13 into the fins. However, I placed water shoes that I got at another retailer over my stocking foot waders and found it to be comfortable all day.A:Â
Yes, they are designed to be used with waders. I use mine with water socks or water shoes.A:Â
I don't see why not, as long as the boots are not larger than say a size 12-14 they should fit fine.Answers
