These fins were included in a combo kit float tube I bought in 2002. I am just now having to ordering a second pair due to the back straps braking, but after 11 years you expect something to happen.
I mainly use my float tube in a large creeks (60-94 miles in length), rivers, tail-waters and occasionally in lakes and ponds. I was always able to move around with more ease and quicker than my friend who had a different kind (the duck feet style). I never had any issues involving cramps or any other problems with my legs in any water temp. I used small carabineer clip on each one to attach fins to my float tube while hiking in and out of remote areas which was really nice.
There is one flaw in the product description. I wear size 13 wide shoes and boots and usually wear keens, sandals, or some type of water shoes with no problem and the fins fit very well. However, the fins may fit on smaller wading boots but not a size 13. to fix this problem I cut a slit in the top center of the foot sleeve about 2.5-3 inches in length, starting at my ankle and cutting towards my toes. Problem was solved and I have been completely satisfied with these fins and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I purchased these to go along with my float tube. I have been SCUBA diving for over 15 years and have plenty of other fins, but I wanted something just for my float tube and that was a little more durable since i was going to be in rivers and ponds. These fins do just fine, they are stiff which makes them very difficult to walk forward in, but just turn around and walk backwards. They seem to work well in the ponds I am in getting me where I want to go as fast as I want to go. I haven't had them slip off or anything. For the price and the quality, you cannot really go wrong.

"This fin is cost little to much and it doesn't work as good as the one that cost $29. The strap worn out easily (broke less than a year) and the fins are too heavy on the upstroke. It's no good for float tubed
