The Clarkspoon Mackerel Tree Rig is a favorite along the Gulf Coast and Florida. Positively deadly on Spanish mackerel, bluefish, and other gamefish, this 4-hook rig employs 3/0 gold Mustad forged hooks accented with colorful surgical tubing. Use the Mackerel Tree Rig while trolling. Drag it on top of the water or you can connect it to a planer or trolling sinker to get the desired depth. The snap will connect a Clarkspoon of your choice to the end of the rig. No bait is needed. Available with a 2" or 2-1/2" Original Clarkspoon.
