All lures are salt and garlic impregnated. The ultra-soft plastic bodies of the Chompers® Centipede make them irresistible to bass and other game fish. They are finely detailed and come in the latest colors.

Looks like it wouldn't work, BUT..... If you saw these things on the shelf, you more than likely would pass them by thinking no fish would eat a "crinkle french fry" looking worm. If you passed them by thinking that, take a few steps back and pick up several bags of these centipedes. I'm not sure exactly why they work, either the fish have not seen anything like them or maybe they have? All I know is they catch bass like crazy: ponds, lakes, rivers- doesn't matter. Favorite is green pumpkin and then dip the tail in flourescent yellow garlic dye of your choice, maybe a half an inch. Fished Texas style with the lightest weight you can comfortably throw they are DEADLY. May 28, 2011
Centipedes? These are pretty good finesse worms I use on a Carolina Rig or sometimes even wacky rigged. Its small and has a different look than your average worm which seems to make the bass curious and check it out. The only problem is that it also catches a lot of the smaller bass as well but there are big ones here and there. Sight fishing with these weightless is pretty fun too! March 26, 2009
