Chef'sChoice Professional Sharpening Station Electric Knife Sharpener - Model 130
Model 130 vs. 120
First let me say - this product is FANTASTIC and will create an edge on your knife that you will NOT believe - take your time and follow the directions (yes - read the directions). If you have a nice set of knives - or sharpen yours a lot - this product will save you tones of time (if you do it yourself) and money if you have a local shop sharpen your kitchen knives every year or so.
I bought the Model 130 - but returned it after actually seeing it - The Model 130 has 2 spinning disks for sharpening and one stationary "steel" for sharpening. Thus - really only creating a 2 stage sharpening bevel. I have a steel that I have used for years to sharpen knives as the final step - so I returned the model 130 and purchased the model 120 from Chef's Choice. The Model 120 actually has 3 different bevel spinning sharpening wheels - and I feel gives you a greater ability to sharpen. Granted the 2nd and 3rd wheels are EXACTLY the same as the spinning wheels in the Model 130 - I also liked the initial stage wheel of the model 120 for taking care of badly damaged / out of shape knives.

I have struggled sharpening my knives manually since suffering a stroke. Using the Model 130, I've resharpened both my fishing knoves as well as my wife's kitchen knives to a sharpness better than ever before.

I bought it because it was rated #1 on America's test Kitchen. Very happy with it. Sharpened the first dull knife and it sliced through a sheet of paper like a razor blade. Only need a few pulls with 3 slots to get a great edge and then use the last slot to touch-up when needed. Will also sharpen serrated knifes.

Does everything it says.Real time saver. If you own a steel get the 120 .This one(#130) has a stropping wheel.I would rather have an extra sharpening wheel and use my steel at the end,but if you don't, the 130 is for you.Its made good, just expected a little better quality for the price it commands.
