Worked as I wanted. Was easy to operate and clean
up after use. Thickness of slices is the best in the field, from waffer thin to the 1 inch that I will be needing in the future. Very happy with purchase, and shipment arrangements.
Would like to have catching tray that is attachable.

I have used it a few times now. It works great, paper thin to 1/2" I've used it. I have Granite counter tops and it does not slide. Also it is very easy to clean, just be aware while cleaning the blade.

the meat does not need to be froze just chilled where it becomes stiff. the slicer works better when the meat is not froze.

You could partially freeze before slicing. However, never try to slice fully frozen foods on a slicer.Answers
