Charlie Brewer's Slider Heads - Spider Wide Gap Hooks
Spider Wide Gap Hooks
I fish texas rigs and I also like to fish florida rigs. I don't care to peg the weight and these hooks take care of that problem. Instead of messing around sliding your weight on the line then tying on the hook then pegging the weight.........you just tie this hook on and your good to go.

Mr Brewer invented the "Do Nothing" method of plastic worming for bass and crappie. Put a finesse worm on a weighted hook that glides to the bottom. Then just deadstick it or barely creep the worm back to the shore or the boat. When you reel the worm back slowly, the worm indeed seems to slide along the bottom. It looks so natural!!!This rig really guaranatess an appropriate finesse presentation. Remember to downsize the plastics you use!!! 4 inch worm is plenty; and any brand worm works.

Slider Wide Gap Hook
I have been using these for a few years now. These hooks are awesome; not only for finesse plastics, but 8" to 10" worms too. This is a 3/0 gap with plenty of hook for larger worms. I catch a high percentage of fish I hook with these! This hook is very snag resistant. I have used the orginal snagless hooks for more than a decade. I highly recommed these hooks!!

Best hook for Twin Tail Grubs
I have tried several different weighted hooks for using twin tail grub syle baits and this is by far the best. The 2/0 hook may be too large for a 4" grub but works well with the 5". If the slider head hook came in more hook sizes, I'd probably buy those as well.
