I can't recommend this chair to anybody yet because we haven't gotten it fixed yet. My husband loves the chair but one of the vibrator zones doesn't work and we haven't been able to get it fixed. It's a large item and we hate to have to send it back but when you receive it you expect everything to work. We have had a reply from the Bass Pro rep. but not from Catnapper yet.

Recently planned to order chair for husband and when he found out he said - why not 2 - we purchased 2 of the magnum chairs, when they both arrived one of the chairs sensate heat massage did not work, I immediately contacted Bass Pro Customer Service. And talk about service! Bass Pro ordered another chair that day and within the week they were picking up the bad chair and delivering the new one, but there too was a problem, when the new chair arrived, it had no electric adapter, so I contacted Bass Pro once again and they contacted Catnapper and again within a few days the part was delivered. Now we are both sitting in our chairs with big smiles on both our faces. These chairs are really nice and have lots of cushion inside. They don't recline quite as far as our old ones, but are bigger and that kind of makes up for that. The vibration and heat do feel good on these older muscles and bones.

my husband is sooo happy with his magnum recliner.....he tells all his friends and also has them to come over to try it out.....cant wait for winter to try out the heater in the chair...Loves the messeages...:D

I bought this chair for my fiance for Christmas this past year. It is an amazing chair! It's huge so you can curl up . He is not one to keep on about a topic but he is always saying how much he loves his chair! He has to compete with our dog to see who gets it first!

This chair is huge. My fiance is 6'5" about 250lb & he has plenty of extra room from side to side. I'm only 5'4" & my legs won't even bend b/c it's so deep. It's a great chair!A:Â
