After having a little problem Bass Pro has bent over backwards to fix it. They are wonderful. The Catnapper recliner is awesome. My husband is a hunter and the camo goes nicely in our living room. It's big enough for him to actually lay back in comfortably.

I had been looking at these chairs on and off for a couple of years. I read all of the reviews some of which were good, some of which were bad. I finally took the plunge and am glad that I did. The fabric on these chairs is fine ... I have a 90 lb. yellow lab who thinks he is still a pup and he gets in the chair with me all the time. Heat and massage are awesome after a day in the woods. The only problem if you can call it one is I tend to fall asleep during football games in this chair. I am 6'4" 250 lbs and it is plenty big enough for me and Bo :) Buy one and you will see.

I am a disabled vet and I have serious issues from where I broke my back when I was in the Military. I do not have a bed anymore as far as I am concerned! I have never slept better than when I sleep in this chair. I went from 1-2 hours of sleep a night to a solid 8 hours. Thank you Bass pro!

I had this chair a month when the heater quit working on it and 3 months when the foot rest broke and 6 months when the internal parts under the chair messed up to where it stays in a reclined position all the time and will not fold down. Also the buttons on the chair hurt your back all the time because they dig in to your back. The foot rest is very hard to let down and you have to use your feet at the same time you use the handle or you will break the cheap plastic handle that is on these chairs. For the price I paid for this chair I could have had a top of the line lazy boy. I will never buy the catnapper brand again. Very Disappointed.

This chair is huge. My fiance is 6'5" about 250lb & he has plenty of extra room from side to side. I'm only 5'4" & my legs won't even bend b/c it's so deep. It's a great chair!A:Â
